Automation that stops you doing it manually

We find the repetitive jobs taking up your time and automate the ones that make sense. Less copying, fewer mistakes and more time for the work that actually needs you.

The same tasks, done two ways

The same task can either be repeated by hand every time or handled automatically in the background. The difference is less admin and fewer opportunities for simple mistakes.

Without automation

Done by a person

  • Manually copying data between spreadsheets and systems
  • Sending the same follow-up emails by hand every time
  • Updating your CRM or database after every appointment or sale
  • Chasing team members for reports, approvals and updates
  • Generating invoices, reports and documents from scratch
With automation

Done by a workflow

  • Data synced automatically between your tools in real time
  • Follow-ups sent automatically at the right time, every time
  • CRM updated the moment a booking or sale is confirmed
  • Reminders and alerts triggered automatically, with no chasing
  • Documents and reports generated and sent automatically

From bottleneck to background task

Every automation project starts with a conversation rather than a spec sheet. We find out where the time actually goes, which is often not where people assume, and then we take it back.

1

Discover

We audit your day-to-day workflows to pinpoint what is costing you the most time. Usually it is not what people expect.

2

Design

We map exactly what needs to happen and choose the right tools for the job.

3

Build

We build and configure the automations: n8n workflows, custom code, or platform integrations, whichever fits.

4

Deploy

Everything is tested thoroughly before it goes live, with a full walkthrough on handover.

5

Support

We monitor, maintain and evolve the automations as the business changes.

The right tool for each job

We are not tied to one platform and we do not resell anybody's licences, so there is no reason for us to force your problem into a particular product.

n8n workflows

We can connect the systems you already use so information moves between them automatically, for example when an email arrives, a form is submitted, a booking is made or a scheduled task is due.

Home Assistant

For automating the physical workspace: lighting, door controls, environmental monitoring, alarm integrations and custom office triggers. It works with a very wide range of devices and can feed into the same business workflows.

Custom code

When an off-the-shelf integration does not exist or does not fit, we write it. That is the advantage of being a development company that also does automation rather than a reseller of one platform.

When automation is the wrong answer

Not everything should be automated, and we will tell you when it should not be.

Some tasks should be left alone

If a task rarely happens, needs real human judgement, or is part of a process that is itself broken, automating it creates more problems than it solves.

The audit puts a number on each line

Roughly what each task costs you in hours now, and roughly what automating it would cost. Some lines will not be worth doing and we will say which. That is a better conversation than a quote for everything, and it is why the audit is free.

Failing loudly is a feature

The real risk is not that automation breaks. It is that it breaks quietly and keeps appearing to work: an integration that silently stops syncing can cost you a month before anybody notices. We build them to alert on failure rather than trusting you to spot an absence, and monitoring is available as a package.

What is eating your week?

The audit is free. We will map where your time goes and tell you which of it is worth automating, including the parts that are not.
