Network upgrades that put WiFi where you need it

Slow WiFi, dead zones and dropped connections waste time every day. We survey your premises, find the problem and build a network that gives you reliable coverage where you actually need it.

From patchy to reliable

Business networks often grow a piece at a time: another router, another extender, another device. Before long the result can be patchy coverage, poor visibility and staff, guests and smart devices all sharing the same network.

Typical business WiFi

What we usually find

  • Dead zones in meeting rooms, back offices or car parks
  • Staff and guest devices on the same network
  • A consumer router trying to serve a whole building
  • No visibility over what is connected
  • Connections dropping during calls or video meetings
  • Smart devices sharing the same segment as work machines
After upgrade

What you get instead

  • Full coverage across every area of the site
  • Staff, guest and smart devices on separate, segmented networks
  • Business-grade access points placed where they are actually needed
  • Visibility over every connected device
  • Stable, consistent connections for calls and meetings
  • Smart devices isolated from your business data

More than just better WiFi

A properly designed network is the foundation everything else runs on. Get it right and you stop firefighting connectivity for good, including for your phones and your cameras.

Full coverage

Proper access point placement removes dead zones, so every desk, meeting room and common area has a reliable connection and nobody wanders the building looking for signal.

Real network security

Staff computers, guest WiFi, cameras and smart devices can be kept on separate parts of the network. That improves security and helps prevent a problem with one device from affecting everything else.

Business-grade reliability

Consumer equipment is not built for a business load. We use hardware designed for the job, configured correctly and maintained properly.

Every upgrade includes

We do not swap hardware and leave. Every project is surveyed, designed and implemented to solve the actual problem rather than the reported symptom.

Site survey

We walk the site, map the coverage gaps and identify access point locations before anything is ordered.

Access point installation

Business-grade access points positioned for coverage, mounted to ceiling, wall or outdoors as the site needs.

Managed switching

A properly configured managed switch, so you have visibility and control over every device on the network.

Separate networks

Keep staff, guest and smart devices separate for better security and easier management.

Guest network

Visitors get online on their own segment, without reaching your business infrastructure.

Structured cabling

Where wired connections are needed, clean labelled runs and no mess left behind.

Surveyed, designed, and done properly

We do not guess at access point placement or assume one router covers a building. Every project starts with a survey, so the design fits your site rather than a generic floor plan.

Walls matter more than square footage

A modern office with plasterboard partitions and an old building with solid brick need completely different numbers of access points for the same area, and the only way to know is to measure on site. That is also how we avoid the opposite error: selling you six access points when three in the right places would have covered it.

Segmentation is the part people skip

Coverage is what people ask for; segmentation is what they usually need more. The weakest device on a small business network is almost never a computer. It is a printer, a smart TV, a camera, or a visitor's laptop. Put those on their own segments and a problem with one of them stays a problem with one of them.

It is often the real cause of something else

A good proportion of calls about phones dropping out, cameras that will not stream remotely, or cloud software being slow turn out to be network problems wearing another hat. Because we also do VoIP and CCTV, we can tell you which it is instead of each supplier blaming the other.

Tired of blaming the WiFi?

We will survey the site and tell you what it actually needs, including when that is less than you were expecting.
