Fully managed VoIP phone systems that just work
Reliable calls on a system somebody else looks after. Choose the plan that fits your team and we will handle the setup, support and number porting. Pricing is clear from the start, with no VAT currently charged.
Managed means managed
We configure the system for you, support it afterwards, and stay available when something needs changing.
We configure it, not you
Call routing, auto-attendant, hunt groups, voicemail and out-of-hours rules, all set up before you go live. If something needs changing later, just ask us.
Porting is included, and we do it
Keeping your existing numbers is included on every plan. Porting is the part of a phone move that goes wrong, because it involves your old provider who has no reason to help. We handle that conversation, and we give you the realistic timescale rather than the optimistic one.
You can ring a person
Support is us, not a tiered queue. Out of hours cover is an add-on from £25 a month on Core and is included on Pro, which matters if your phones going down means your business is shut.
The one real dependency
VoIP runs over your internet connection, so your call quality is your connection quality. If your broadband is unreliable we will say so before selling you a phone system, and often the right first job is the network rather than the phones. We do network upgrades too, so we have no incentive to pretend otherwise.
What it replaces
Most businesses come to us from one of two places.
An ageing on-premise system
Usually with a maintenance contract nobody understands. The gain here is cost and features at the same time, which is rare enough to be worth saying plainly.
Mobiles only
The gain is looking like a business: one published number, calls that route to whoever is free, a proper greeting, and voicemail that arrives as email rather than sitting on somebody's personal handset.

Is your line good enough for VoIP?
This measures your own connection from your browser, live. It is your line being tested, not ours, because your line is the half that decides whether calls sound right and the half you can actually do something about.
Testing your connection…
Jitter is the variation between one round trip and the next. It matters more than raw speed for voice: a fast line that varies wildly sounds worse than a slower one that is steady. Under 30ms is comfortable for calls.
